It’s already August. Christmas will be here before we know it! If this style of playing is new to you, it might take all that time to have the piece ready to play at the end of the year.
I arranged this tune a number of years ago. At the time I was listening to a lot of Joe Pass, Tuck Andress, and a few other solo guitarists.
The challenging part is to have the notes sustain while one changes chords. Some of the changes might take a bit of work to get used to. Isolate the sections and movements that you find challenging, work on these slowly with precision and consistency.
And make sure you have fun with it.
